23rd Annual
Caribbean American Legislative Week

Since 1999, ICS has organized an annual Caribbean American Legislative Forum on Capitol Hill in Washington DC.  The first event was organized under the auspices of then Congresswoman Donna Christensen.  Every year since then, ICS has organized three to five day forums and workshops in Washington DC.   Since 2020, these events have been held virtually.

MONDAY, JUNE 21

This day will focus on the Domestic Agenda and will feature Caribbean American local Elected officials.

This is Day One of the Foreign Policy Agenda and will focus on Diplomacy and Security.

This Day will focus on Education and Health Policy.  Two of the pillars defined by the US State Department.

This Day we begin with Energy in the morning and then begin the conversations on the Prosperity Agenda.

This day we focus on The Blue Economic and the Agribusiness Sector as key elements of the Prosperity Agenda.  We also explore Disaster Resilience. .
